You book a design consultationYou can book our Design Consultation Service, where we'll visit your home to listen to your needs, get eyes on the property and have a good chat about your aspirations, the opportunities and constraints, and the processes involved. It's a paid service with a fixed fee, confirmed before anything is booked.
We prepare before we visitWe research the property and its planning history beforehand, so we can talk through the basics, any complexities and everything in between.
You'll have everything in writingAfter the visit we'll send a letter setting out the process, likely timescales and our fees, so you can decide on the next step with confidence. If you go ahead, the consultation fee is deducted from the next stage.
